As a third-generation farm owner, I learned hard work early in life. Raising cattle and working 70+ hours a week produced grit and a work ethic that is entrenched in the way I live my life.
Exposure to entrepreneurs through our family business, pursuing an MBA, and my developing career has led me to establish my own business in assisting entrepreneurs. Creating and developing structure and processes, project planning, and execution are all skills I have honed in order to best serve my clients.
I delight to come alongside genius inventors and help bring ideas to life–and help preserve theirs while doing it. My hope is to enable leaders to be able to focus on what only they can do by taking off their plate what needs to be done.
